I am writing on behalf of Janet Rhodes and her qualification to teach Healthy Communication Training. Janet’s background and skills uniquely qualify her to share her knowledge and experience regarding this subject. I have witnessed her conduct a workshop in how to include people in the decision making process even when the subject is not popular. Her work with the State of Washington in the EPA department put her in situations that required a deft knowledge of clear communications skills. As a Licensed Teacher for Unity of Olympia she has used her knowledge of communication skills and her spiritual understanding to bring a unique experience to this important area.

I highly recommend this workshop and the A.D.D.S. decision making process! Janet explores many positive reframing techniques in her presentation as well as the gift of keeping on message, but what I really came away with was an effective strategy to make important decisions with large numbers of people. As a transitional minister, I have seen first hand the benefits.
When leadership teams have mastered this simple strategy, they make more efficient decisions, increase their effectiveness in relating to congregation members, re-build trust and reduced counter-productive behaviors. Having an effective strategy to enroll folks in the discussion prior to making decisions is empowering and spreads out the ownership for the ultimate decision.
Janet is an effective presenter who shares her real world experiences in a way that a Unity audience can relate. Wonderful job!
